Our Final Verdict
Our review of the site is pretty good overall as is relatively easy to navigate and offers nice bonuses for new and existing players but there are a few things that definitely need to be fixed. First thing is that their customer service slows as a snail and sometimes they don’t reply to queries at all which is a big fail. Secondly, many players report that they get their stakes denied for no possible explanation and their accounts terminated again without any explanation. They also do not honor all of their bonuses and some secret terms and conditions they are very secretive about may apply to their bonuses. Given that, the client will often have no clue why they’ve gotten denied.
It also seems that the majority of complaints come from players in sports games like soccer and horse sections for some reason.
